Best Cab App
It is the best cab app available for Indian market, gets me a good car with good driver always (most of the times). Good customer service too.
Overall OK Cab Service
Whenever I book Uber, the first driver almost cancels the ride but someone also always accepts the ride so while it takes time to find a ride, I get to my destination promptly with online payments. Uber is better when it comes to online payments as drivers accepts in app payments without any trouble mostly. All in all, Uber is an OK cab service.
