I took 75MBPS plan, I am not getting even 10 MBPS speed. Everyweek I have to call customer care for atleast 4-5 times, I get only one response that we are forwarding your case to our backend team and no one bothered to contact me but I get a message that the issue is resolved.
Absolutely bullshit network and service. Very very very frustrating, I am regretting for opting this. My sincere advice to all is to never take YOU BROADBAND connection and ruin your happiness.
