Unprofessional interview process at Bharti Airtel
I applied for the post of Tertiary Sales Manager at Bharti Airtel and had a very disappointing experience. I cleared their online test and even attended a pre-placement talk, which gave me the impression that the process was progressing positively. However, after waiting for over two months with no clear communication, they finally denied me without any valid explanation. The HR team was unresponsive throughout, and there was no transparency or courtesy to inform candidates in a timely manner.
This kind of treatment reflects poor professionalism and lack of respect for the time and efforts of aspiring candidates. Airtel needs to seriously improve its recruitment process and communication.
Would not recommend applying here if you value your time and expect respectful treatment during hiring.
Improved Service
Compared to what Airtel provided few years back, right now Airtel services has improved a lot. I am happy with Airtel services.
Airtel Customer Service Is Good
Went to the store to replace my SIM as the mobile Internet was not working. Good and fast service, got the SIM replaced within few minutes and activated shortly after an hour.
