Good Network improvements but still needs stability in rural areas
Vi has improved its 4G speeds and coverage a lot, but rural performance and support need more work, i have been using VI for 4+ years and i can see real improvements in network speed and reliability. In cities 4G speeds are fast enough for video streaming, work call and browsing without issue, in fact i have often notice VI being slightly faster than competitors like Airtel or Jio in some areas.
However the experience is not the same everywhere. In rural or semi urban areas. the connection sometimes drops to 2G like speed and call quality is not consistent. There have also been small glitches with billing and occasional app connectivity issues. which customer support takes time to ressolve.
overall VI is making strong progress, especially in urban region where it feels like reliable option.
