Worst company and management

I’ve had a terrible experience with their delivery management and customer service. They seem completely out of touch with what’s going on. The delivery person would leave the milk at the door and then just walk away without notifying me, so I’d be left waiting for a doorbell that never rang. Over the past three days, I found the milk packets lying outside only because I happened to check the door. Their customer service is frustratingly unhelpful; they don’t acknowledge their mistakes, blame the customer instead, and close complaints as ‘resolved’ without actually addressing the issue. I would strongly advise against using Country Delight—they’ve proven to be very unreliable.

Supplying frequently leaking A2 milk. Don’t want to replace or refund. Can’t keep the pack in fridge for few hours.

Country Delight has ensured all that is needed to fool it’s customers. They have the most complex membership and reward process without any transparency. Their bill amount changes on ordering/before delivery and after delivery. The VIP discount applicability is more complex than a real life complex algorithm.

I order by midnight and get delivery sharp by 5:30 AM everyday! Quality seems good too. Even though it is very expensive and VIP membership makes no sense, I still use this for now.

The worst experience so far with any such company. I ordered coconut water from the app and it guaranteed to offer me the VIP discount but after a certain point of time, they automatically stopped the discount and charged the full amount. When i paused the subscription, without any prior notice, they continued the service on its own on full price of 84 ( way more than the market price). Moreover, the guarantee that they provide it will be back 1.5 glass of coconut water, it was never like that.

Additionally, their customer service is so poor that they just try to put the blame on you, without providing any action. They don’t even execute their follow up request.

I hope other customers are not fooled by their services.
