⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Disappointed – Please Be Careful Before Buying

I had a very disappointing experience with Custo (https://www.letscusto.com/) after purchasing a product in April. 2025. Shockingly, both the original item and its replacement were damaged.

The first product had glue marks, and instead of acknowledging the issue, they sent me a video (without time or date) supposedly showing that the product left their office in perfect condition. Let’s be real – companies mass-produce and often pre-record such videos. How am I supposed to believe that specific video was for my item? And obviously, why would I put glue on it myself?

The replacement product came with a large, visible scratch where the leather had been damaged, and again, they refused to exchange it. Their response? “Send us an unboxing video” And when I asked them for proof that the product wasn’t damaged during transit, they had no response.

I even spoke to the owner, Mr. ****** (Name Hidden), who offered me the option to keep the damaged bag and buy another at 50% off. Honestly, who in their right mind would invest more money in a company that has already disappointed them twice? And what if the next bag is also damaged – do I keep repeating the cycle at more discounts? Ridiculous.

No responsibility was taken for their mistakes, and that’s unacceptable. I’ve now filed a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline, and unsurprisingly, Custo hasn’t responded there either.

This experience clearly reflects why some small businesses never grow – poor customer service, zero accountability, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Shop with caution.
