Go mechanic scam
As I read review of go mechanical they had 4.8 rating amazing. So I tried.
Once my car stuck on express way near sec 128, I called them tell them the problem (coolant leakage), for that they suggest to take service according this you are precious coustmer, so will get express service & free towing service, to get you pay 1st 1500/- less discount final 1350/-. I paid, then the executive reply to get the service u have to pay Rs100/- which adjusted in bill to confirmation for service. I paid he reply, within 10 min u got response from our team and I got response by 2.5 hr, the service centre executive. Come took car by just put water & run for 1km and do repeatedly for service centre (no towing) any way I got my car after 6hr as per service supervisor sir ur car is old it is difficult to find part. They made the bill of 2835-100(adv.) = 2735 I ask for such high bill?? They discounted & pay 2335 [ 1350 (part) + 450 flush + 500 labour charge ] I said it too high as part is only 200/-to 300/-.they said no sir it is 1350/- and we provide service like showroom. so paid 2335/- No gomachanic manager called to consult.
Now after 10 days again same problem I face (same pipe same place fault again). I called gomachanic they said we are not providing service to sikandrabad near luharli toll plaza.the exe of co suggest to take ur car sec 128, noida which is apprx. 40 km, I shocked & I consult with local mechanic he suggest the way to pull the car to I towing my car to Delhi then my mechanic show me the fault the ealier same one, the go mechanical executive suggest took the car only sec 128, noida we’ll fix up. What the hell.
I told my mechanic to fix up here only. And said gomachnic executive (Prashant 088007 79563 then he connect me Adesh +918800901796 he suggest sir I made the refund. After 2 day I got msg that refund is process 1000/-(which I don’t got yet) amazing. I called & ask what calculation u use for 1000/-.sir it is part cost, disconnected & no reply……..
I try to coustmer care she (Ashwarya +918398970970) noted vary politely I ask for compliant no. She told me u got the mail for that Mr. Rahul will contact you and solve it within 2hr………….. ………………………..No response.
Means these co. r fake, they just scam nothing else, so take care.
Here no negative marking otherwise my suggestion is -10
