Swiggy when compared to other food delivery app has higher prices but more offers which makes it overall a good deal to order from the app. Customer service is another thing though which is always disappointing.
OK Service
You have only 2 options for home delivery food and Swiggy is one of them so you will use it sometimes and the service is just OK. Delay happens most of the time, prices are higher than restaurant as well as the other delivery service and customer service has gone so bad lately. Overall just OK service.
Have Gone From Great To Good
With the unannounced sudden launch of Swiggy one, it has gone from great to good. Swiggy super plans were way better.
